If you are using high temperatures, there is a good chance you can burn the CBD. Therefore, ruining the experience, but as long as you follow basic guidelines you will be fine, which include not adding it to boiling food or drinks. Also, when baking, don’t go over 350°, instead bake at a lower temperature. If you follow those basic guidelines, making infused dishes or drinks will be fun and exciting!

If you’re feeling really adventurous you can try and make your own infused oil. Making your own infused oil is a great DIY project that is pretty simple to do. There are certain things you will need which include CBD Flower. Keeping an herb grinder is useful for breaking down the raw Hemp flower. Also, you will need to bake the raw hemp flower for about 60-90 minutes at 245°; afterwards, add it to a pan on the lowest heat setting with your butter or favorite oil and cook it for about 30 minutes. Once finished you simply strain the raw hemp and keep the butter or oil. You can add it to salads, desserts, or anything that you want to enhance the experience.

3. Infused Baths

When you first think of CBD Epsom Salt you might be thinking of table salt or seasoning for your food. These Epsom Salts are not that type of salt; they are salt that comes from natural springs and are not meant to be eaten. These Epsom Salts are meant to be applied Topically – this means it goes on your skin. Also, Epsom salts usually come packed with Nano-Spectrum or Full  Spectrum CBD

To use you simply fill a bathtub full of water like you normally would. The temperature will vary according to your preference but make sure the water is warm.
