And as far as HAARP goes, it’s an antenna farm in Alaska, that does research into communications, as well as the aurora borealis. It does not have one millionth the power that would be required to change the weather, nor does it have the ability to direct the microwave transmissions it generates. It cannot change the weather anymore than a dog’s farts can change the course of a hurricane. It isn’t a weapon in any sense of the word, and no “scientists” believe it is, either. By “scientists”, what you mean is “gently slobbering, tinfoil hat wearing, mentally ill hobos who beg for change by the rail station while stewing in their filth and human misery”.
